My name is Yanina and I am an experienced language educator and academic coordinator with solid knowledge in project / product managment and instructional design. 

I was a teacher of English and Spanish as second languages for 7 years. Nowadays I am part of the directive board of 5 language schools, hiring new teachers and administrative staff, implementing educational projects and researching innovational teaching and technological methodologies. 

In the meantime, I have been studying and training myself in the areas of product and project managment, digital marketing, UX design, data analysis, LMS and instructional design. 

I consider myself creative, passitionate about my job and willing to learn new things all the time. I am really good at working in teams but I also like having the time to work individually. 

I like coordinating groups of people and creating a good atmosphere to work together and

I adapt myself quickly to new environments and always do my best to improve my performance.
